Description

The Dried Mulato chilies are very similar to Ancho chills. They derive from poblano peppers, but have a distinct difference in flavor. These chilies produce a chocolate like- licorice flavor with a small hint of cherry, and can be seen in Mexican mole dishes, chilies, and in salsas.
